Organic farming

Conventional methods used by industrial agriculture is based on the use of herbicides, insecticides, and artificial fertilizers.
It is now known that these methods deprive foodstuffs of some essential components, such as minerals, trace elements, carbon chains of metabolites, etc. These industrial methods also create imbalances in the composition of foods, with an overflow of some elements, and other deficiency.

These problems do not exist in organic production.

Among the serious drawbacks of conventional agriculture, compared to the benefits of organic farming include briefly:

1. vegetables produced by organic farming contain many more minerals and micronutrients that vegetables grown in conventional farming.
2. The food products in organic farming contain more alkaloids and other essential metabolites for the proper development of the brain, and to help maintain the healthy functioning of the immune system.
3. Food from organic agriculture have a positive influence on the development of tissues and help the body to repair itself from itself.
4. Organic foods do not cause as many allergies that industrial agriculture products.
5. The insecticides used in conventional agriculture have a similar molecular structure to estrogen and have hormonal influence on physiology. They have the power to create imbalances in the structure and functioning of various body tissues, including the brain, and may cause tumors.
6. Pesticides were used in conventional agriculture connected with an increase in tumor rates brain, leukemia, intellectual weakness, and many other disorders. Research has shown that these chemicals are dangerous especially for young people, because the body and the nervous system of the developing child are much more sensitive to these products.
7. The methods of conventional farming overburden soil and aquifers with artificial fertilizers (especially nitrate) and insecticides and herbicides. It is known that these products can now be found in tap water cause cancer.
